The only surviving relatives of Evelyn Hase have come together in her home town of hillside to attend her funeral and will reading. To them has been left a dark secret from the past and the gift of magic which has run through their bloodline. Yet what taint lies upon this power and what wrongs have already been done with it. It is up to those who now have this power resting within their souls to cleanse it.
 
THE PLAY BY EMAIL VERSION
  Still needs more players, send applications to [email protected] remembering the following guidelines for your characters.
  1. This game will be focusing on psychological horror, if you feel uncomfortable with such elements then perhaps this isn't the game for you.
  2. Concepts are more important than attributes, this game will focus upon personality development and story more than dice rolling.
  3. For similar reasons both a background and a description of the characters personality will be required along with the character sheet.
  4. When writing your history bare in mind that no other members of your close family will be alive at the moment and you haven't awakened yet.
  5. This game will not be using traditions (all characters are orphans).
  6. Decide upon your characters magical abilities/methods as they will awaken very close to the start of the game.
  7. Although your characters are only starting mages you may have Arete up to 3 due to the strength of your magical bloodline.
  8. The current date in game is the 9th of January 2000.
